Offense-Defense Football Camps is committed to providing youth football players with the ultimate instructional football camp in the country. We are continually striving to meet and exceed the expectations of all campers by utilizing the 4 C's of football: Coaching, Curriculum, Contact, and Commitment.
In addition to the fundamentally sound football instruction campers receive at Offense-Defense, the camp provides campers with skills needed to succeed in life. Offense-Defense provides an environment that fosters such skills as teamwork, discipline, responsibility, respect, family values, and, of course, hard work.
The fundamental goal of Offense-Defense is to create new standards and to lead the youth football market with a camp that benefits players, teams, and leagues directly.
All hired staff (coaches, trainers, counselors, and administration staff) must apply for the position desired. All applicants are required to submit at least three (3) references with their application. All applications and references are reviewed along with a background check for all counselors. Prior to the first day of camp, all camp staff are required to attend a full orientation with the Offense-Defense staff.
Providing a safe and positive learning environment is the foundation for Offense-Defense Academy. A staff member can and will be dismissed if their character is shown to be at odds with the philosophy of Offense-Defense.
